These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of courses offered by ECOMSY Learning, the training institute of ECOMSY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. By enrolling in a course, making a payment, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Please read them carefully. They are designed to be fair and clear - to set the right expectations on both sides so your learning experience is smooth. If you are enrolling on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

Agreement at a glance

Pay, get verified, get your seat. Use the materials for your own learning, treat mentors and classmates with respect, and earn a verifiable certificate on completion.

Section 1

Enrollment & payment

To enroll, you select a course, choose your mode (online or on-campus), and pay the course fee by bank transfer to our published account. You then upload your payment proof along with your CNIC or passport for verification.

A seat is confirmed only after we verify your payment. We aim to verify within 24-48 hours of receiving valid payment proof. Once confirmed, you are assigned a Student ID and a batch, and we contact you on WhatsApp. Course fees, schedules and available batches are subject to change until your enrollment is confirmed; the fee that applies to you is the one in effect at the time your payment is verified.

Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, cover tuition and mentor support for the enrolled course only. You are responsible for any bank or transfer charges applied by your own bank. For longer programs we may offer installment options; where we do, the agreed installments must be paid on schedule to keep your access active. Promotional or early-bird pricing applies only for the stated period and cannot be claimed after it ends.

Section 2

Course access, materials & intellectual property

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access your course and its materials for your own learning. All course content - including videos, recordings, slides, documents, templates and assignments - is the intellectual property of ECOMSY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected by law.

You may not record, copy, download (beyond what we provide), redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our materials to run a competing course or to train others commercially. Sharing your class access, login or materials with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted and may result in removal from the course without a refund. These restrictions protect the value of what you have paid for and keep our pricing fair for everyone.

Your access is for you. Please don't share materials or class access - it's the simplest way to keep courses affordable and high quality for all students.

Section 3

Student conduct & responsibilities

A good learning environment depends on everyone. By enrolling, you agree to:

Be respectful

Treat mentors and fellow students with courtesy in all sessions and group channels. Harassment or abuse is not tolerated.

Do your own work

Assignments should reflect your own effort so feedback and certificates mean something.

Keep access private

Don't share your account, class links or materials with anyone outside your enrollment.

Follow the law

Use the skills you learn lawfully and ethically. You are responsible for how you apply them.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any student who breaches these terms, disrupts classes, or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity. Where removal is due to a serious breach by the student, fees are non-refundable.

Section 4

Certificates

On successful completion of your course - meeting the attendance and assignment requirements communicated for your program - you receive a certificate carrying a unique verification code. Anyone can confirm a certificate's authenticity on our Certificates page.

Certificates are issued in the legal name you provided at enrollment, which is why accurate identity information matters. Misrepresenting a certificate, altering it, or claiming a status you have not earned is strictly prohibited and may result in the certificate being revoked. A certificate reflects completion of training; it is not a guarantee of employment, income or any specific result.

Section 5

Changes, liability & governing law

Changes to courses. We may update schedules, batches, instructors or course content to improve quality or to keep pace with platform changes. We will communicate material changes to enrolled students. If we cancel a batch entirely before it begins, you may transfer to another batch or request a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before enrolling.

No guarantee of outcomes. Our courses provide education and practical training. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific income, job, client, or business result, as those depend on your own effort, market conditions and many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOMSY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve concerns amicably first - please talk to us.

Communications & notices. By enrolling, you agree that we may contact you using the phone number, WhatsApp and email you provide, for matters relating to your course - including verification, schedules, reminders and important updates. Operational messages of this kind are part of the service; you can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time. WhatsApp is our primary support channel and the fastest way to reach us during business hours.

Severability & entire agreement. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and ECOMSY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED regarding your enrollment, and replace any earlier informal understandings on the same subject.

Updates to these terms. We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use of our courses after an update means you accept the revised terms.
